Premadasas, a name synonymous with gems and jewellery in Sri Lanka was inaugurated in 1956 by the late Mr. J G Premadasa. Over the years, the organization has been able to widely expand its customer base due to the unmatched quality of the products and services provided.

Today, Premadasas Gems & Jewellery (Pvt.) Ltd. is a multi-faceted business organization which carries out its business in the arenas of Gems & Jewellery, Silverware, Sri Lankan Handicrafts, Real Estate Development and Eco-Tourism.

At present, the company has six branches in Sri Lanka in Colombo, Kandy, Dambulla (Culture Club) Pinnawela, Nuwara Eliya and Kataragama and over six branches overseas with four branches in Bali - Indonesia and two more in the United Kingdom and the United States of America.The Corporate Head Office too is situated in Colombo.

Premadasas Gems & Jewellery (Pvt.) Ltd. which is now under the dynamic leadership and guidance of Anand Senarath has provided direct employment to over 300 well qualified, trained and skilled individuals.

    The Wards Pavilion - the gallery of exquisite handicrafts offer its customers a vast range of Sri Lankan handicrafts made of different materials in all sizes, shapes, colours and designs to choose from.

    These authentic Sri Lankan handicrafts are world famous for their excellent craftsmanship, and intricate designs. Wards Pavilion should not be missed by anybody who is interested in fine Sri Lankan handicrafts.





    Premadasas Property Developers Limited have a keen eye on sites that have picturesque view in water fronts, sea beaches and of natural virgin landscapes suited for hospitality industry and for villas with aesthetic value. Company acquired few such rare sites and traded these to the travel sector. We have few more such sites and on the look out for more to construct buildings for the hotel trade and for villas and holiday homes.
